HILLSBOROUGH - Mrs. Vallie Holden Gerdeman, 86, died Monday, April 1, 2013. She graduated from the Orange County Schools and retired from Burlington Industries. She was a member of Eno United Methodist Church. Surviving are one son, Bob Gerdeman (Pat), Durham; one granddaughter, Ashley Morgan (Billy), Durham; one great granddaughter, Serenity Morgan; one great grandson, Bryce Gerdeman; and one sister Peggy Crabtree, Hillsborough. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert B. Gerdeman, Sr. and her parents, Ada and Morris Holden. The memorial service will be held 3 PM Saturday, April 6, in Eno United Methodist Church.
