Mrs. Rosa Santiago peacefully passed away at her home in Hillsborough on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the age of 91. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and a more complete obituary will be posted when available. Walker's Funeral Home of Mebane is assisting the Santiago family.
