Mr Cooke is survived by his wife, Angela Cooke; son, Matthew Cooke; daughter, Samantha Cooke; grand son, Brody Cooke Miller; his sisters, Linda Hopkins and husband, Ronnie Hopkins, Diana Shepherd and husband, Wayne Shepherd and their family.
