Richard Williston

Richard (Rick) Williston, 53, died suddenly on July 26, 2015 in Chapel Hill, NC, where he spent most of his adult life. Many will remember Rick as a kind hearted, caring man, with a quick sense of humor, riding his scooter all around Chapel Hill. He loved music, and playing his guitar. Survivors include his parents, James and Merna Williston of Winston Salem, his sister Kari (Jeff) Millard of Ft. Mill SC, neices Katie Millard and Amanda (Dustin) Thrower, and grand nephew Greyson Thrower all of Ft Mill. Rick will be missed by all who knew him. Memorials may be considered for Club Nova Community Inc 103 W. Main Street, Carrboro, NC, 27510. Rick will be buried in Winston Salem. Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill is honored to serve the Williston family.
