Nellie Webster

Durham - Nellie Mae Allen Webster died Tuesday, March 11, 2014. She was a native of Durham County and the daughter of the late Juanita and William Allen. She attended the Durham schools. At the age of 14 she worked in Eno Mills in Hillsborough. She married Herbert Webster. She retired from Burlington Industries after 34 years of service. Surviving are her daughter, Patricia W. Smith and husband (Bob) and her sister, Juanita Jones. She is predeceased b y her parents and her husband, one brother Cornelius Allen, two sisters, Sarah A. Dixon and Frances A. Wilson Thompson. A graveside service will be held 11 AM Friday in the Hillsborough Town Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:30-8:30 PM Thursday in Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough. www.walkersfuneralservice.com/
