John Walker

John Thomas Walker, of Caldwell, passed away Sunday, March 25th at the age of 89. He ran the Farm & Garden Store for many years and was a farmer. He was a lifelong member of Little River Presbyterian Church and sang in the choir most of his life. John is survived by his wife, Betsy Latta Walker; his children, Mike Walker, Jackie Perry (Rick), Sarah Frick, Russ Walker, and Amy McLelland; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Norman Walker; sister, Shirley Kennedy and many favorite nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 28th, at 2:00 PM at Little River Presbyterian Church, 4211 Little River Church Road, Hurdle Mills. A visitation will be held immediately following the service.
