Mrs. Jilan Li died on Monday, May 28, 2018 at her home in Chapel Hill. Mrs. Li is survived by her husband, Binggang Fan and their daughter April Fan. No services are planned at this time. Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill has been entrusted to care for the Li family.
