Howard Duncan

Orange County Hillsborough - Howard Chester Duncan, 90, died Sunday, March 8, 2015. He grew up in Orange County and attended the Orange County Schools. He was a heavy equipment operator on construction sites for many years. Surviving are his children: Kimberly D. Carden (Bitsy), Barry A. Duncan, Harry L. Duncan (Donna), special niece, Teresa Byrd (James), grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife, and three children. The funeral will be held 2:30 PM Thursday in Walker's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Mebane. Walkersfuneralservice.com
