Gordon Armstrong

Gordon Armstrong died peacefully at his Hillsborough home on May 9, 2016. Nancy, Elizabeth, Greg and Avery were with him through his final days. Ayr Mount has always been a special place for Gordon and Nancy. They enjoyed going for walks along the Eno River, as well as having picnics at this beautiful location. To honor his memory, family and friends are invited to a picnic on Monday, June 6 at Ayr Mount (376 St Mary's Rd, Hillsborough) between 5 and 7 pm. The family is requesting memorials for benches on Riverwalk and Gold Park (Checks payable to Gordon Armstrong and make note "Memorial for Gordon" in the memo section) or a footbridge at Ayr Mount.
