Edwin Lee Pierce

Chapel Hill - Mr. Edwin L. Pierce died at his home on Saturday, March 21, 2020. Mr. Pierce is survived by his wife of 47 years, Betsy Womble Pierce, of the home; his son, Gaston Pierce, and his wife, Jamie, of Chapel Hill; and his grandsons, Mason and Gunner Pierce. The family will have a private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105. The Pierce family is under the care of Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill.
