Curtis Lee Flack

Mr. Curtis Lee Flack, 62, passed away at his home on Friday morning, October 9, 2026.

A talented and well-respected carpenter, Curtis was born on December 13, 1963, in Rutherford County, the son of the late Sam and Frances Sorrell Flack.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Woodrow Flack.

Surviving are his wife, Regina Caldwell Flack, of the home; daughters Makenzie Flack (Dylan) of Yanceyville, NC, Ashleigh Flack of Hillsborough, and Brittany Flack of Sumter, SC; brothers Elzha ‘Jay’ Flack (Connie) of Allenhurst, GA, Roscoe Flack (Jeanette) of Hillsborough, Jimmy Flack (Kim) of Hillsborough, and Norman Flack (Barbara) of Hillsborough; sisters Edith Greene (Johnny) of Forest City, and Geraldine Koone of Rutherfordton; 2 grandsons Jase Ennis and Jake Ennis.

The family will greet friends at Walker’s Funeral Home in Hillsborough on Thursday, October 15, beginning at 1 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Trae Howerton officiating. Curtis will be laid to rest in the Roundhill Baptist Church Cemetery in Union Mills, NC on Friday, October 16, at 2 p.m. with Brother Don Johnson officiating.
