Charles Huff

Charles F Huff, 82, passed peacefully at his home in Chapel Hill on July 19. Charles is survived by his wife, Jerry, of 60 years and his children; Laurie and Charles; his grandchildren; his sister, and many dear nieces and nephews. Charles was born in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Georgia Tech, where he played on the football team. Charles and Jerry later relocated to Chapel Hill to be near their children and grandchildren. A graveside celebration of his life will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery on Legion Rd. on Wednesday, July 29, at 11 AM. Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to University Baptist Church. Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill is honored to serve the Page family.
