Carlene "Billie" Mae Nelson, 86 of Apex, NC died Thursday May 11, 2017. Final arrangements are being handled by Beyers Funeral Home, 1123 West Main Street, Leesburg, Florida. Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill is assisting the family.
