Catherine Greene

Catherine (Kay) Hogan Greene Kay, a life time resident of Chapel Hill and Carrboro, passed away December 23, 2014 of complications from COPD. Kay was born in Carrboro, the daughter of the late Craig Carl Hogan, killed in Normandy (France) invasion WW II , 1944 and the late Iris Trotter Hogan Zachary. She is survived by the husband, Taylor (Tim) Greene, III, two daughters, Barbara Jones Dawson and Karen Jones Moriarty. She is also survived by three stepchildren, Peggy Greene Leggett, Penny Greene Foster and Taylor (Tim) Greene, IV. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Services will be conducted Monday February 23, at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church at 1:00 PM, 3624 Saxapahaw Road, Mebane, NC 27302.
