Avery Leroy "Lee" Howard

Avery Leroy “Lee” Howard, 81 of Graham, formally of Hillsborough, died peacefully at his home on January 28, 2019. Mr. Howard was a native of Cleveland county and retired from Blythe Construction as a highway Superintendent. Mr. Howard was proceeded in death by his parents Roy and Jessie Howard. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Howard; Daughters, Vone McDaniel from Concord, Phillis and Jerry Craig from Concord; Stepsons, Christopher and Alanna Smith from Graham and Tom Smith from Raleigh and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Walker’s Funeral Home and Crematory of Mebane on Saturday, February 2nd from 1:00 to 3:00pm.
