Agnes. Lucille Myers of Hillsborough passed away on June 23, 2026, at the home of her daughter Christina Myers. She loved sewing, bowling, knitting and cheering for the NY Mets and cow items. She was married to her love for sixty-three years.

Lucille is formally of New Jersey and Georgia she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was a beloved mother to Christina Myers of Hillsborough, NCand Patty and her husband, son in law Joe Forlenza of Georgia, John Floria of Colorado, grandmother to John Floria of Colorado, Jessica Crum of Tennessee, Joseph Forlenza of Florida, Melissa Bloomquist of New Jersey, Antonio and Nicole Forlenza of Georgia. Her spirit continues through her great-grandchildren Lauren, Sarah, April, and AJ Forlenza of Georgia; Victoria and Violet Bloomquist of New Jersey; Waverly Floria of Colorado; and great-great-grandchild Bella Forlenza from Georgia.

Lucille is preceded in death by her dear parents, George and Helen Philips. She was reunited in peace with her loving husband, Leburn Myers, as well as her son, Fredrick L. Myers, daughter LeeAnn Florenza, brothers Albert and Edward Phillips. Her sisters, Margaret Salokey, Barbara Miller, Thelma Phillips, and a precious great-grandchild, Evelyn Floria, also welcomed her into eternal rest.

The family wishes to express their eternal gratitude to Christina Myers for her loving, and patient care of Lucille. A heartfelt thank you extends to Reverend Jim Turnbough of Immanuel Free Will Baptist Church in Durham for officiating the service, and to Tina Nealis for her tender and devoted care. The family is deeply grateful to Amedisys Hospice for their compassion and support in caring for Lucille.

Her love and warmth will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
